YOUR BODY, YOUR CLASS

Our Pilates classes are a combination of interval training, sculpting, mobilisation and stretching exercises for a total body toning effect. We’re all about classes that strengthen your body and calm your mind. With an emphasis on technique, flow, and conscious movement, you’re sure to challenge yourself and have fun. Whether you’re new to Pilates or you’re a Pilates veteran, we’d love to have you along to try it out!

Standard class times are 45 mins, with a few minutes at the end to enjoy a lil’ cuppa and ask any questions you might have.

BUT

The best thing about a small home studio? These classes are actually all about you! If you have a target area you want to work on, let us know. Maybe you want to focus on mobility and flexibility, or perhaps you want classes that will hone in on your postural muscles at the end of a long day behind a computer. If you’re short on time, and just want a 30 min booty burner or core-blaster, done! If you’re booked in for a class and your hormones are telling you “no hard work today”? We’d LOVE to take you through a slower, gentler flow (*pun intended) to get your body moving in a way that feels GOOD.
