Prenatal and postnatal modifications

Hey there mama, I haven’t forgotten about you!

Before you start, watch this video with some modifications and general rules for exercising throughout different stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

As you move your way through the 12 Days of Christmas, you may need to make a few swaps (like doing some different ‘core’ exercises) and modifications (like adding a pillow for support, or staying on your knees in side plank).
