Everything you need to know about…
Pilates with Chelsea Swan
Chelsea has 7+ years experience in the health and fitness industry as a Chiropractor and Pilates Instructor, including training and mentoring new instructors in big studios and supporting everyone from teens to retirees in big group, small group and private sessions.
With a particular focus on restoring mind-body connection and building strength and stability throughout your whole body, you’ll find these classes suitable whether it’s your first or hundredth time on the mat. Take it easy or step up to the challenge - there will be options for you to make the class your own (no matter what anyone else is doing). All classes and can be adapted to be injury, pregnancy, prolapse, pelvic floor and postpartum friendly. There will be tunes (yes, I’ll always have a little boogie), fresh air and great vibes. We’ll move for about 30 minutes, plus a stretch and a chin wag afterwards if you’d like to stick around.
What to bring:
Mat or towel
Water bottle
$10 cash or bank transfer prior to class
What to wear:
Anything comfy enough to move in! Keep in mind you’ll be in a public area with campers walking past - so something you’re happy to be seen in. You do you!
You don’t have to book in, but you’re welcome to let me know that you’re coming to the next class.
Any other questions, submit them below or catch me before or after class. If the sign is out, there is another class before I move on. If it’s away, it means we’re heading back on the road! If you want to follow our travels or find out more about what I do (it’s not just pilates!) - you can find me at @thewomenschiro_ and @cathycamper_ on instagram, or hit the home button up the top.
Come as you are, and leave feeling just a little better. I’m so looking forward to moving with you.
