Module 3: Nourish Your Body

Healthy babies are built from an abundance of energy. Learn about the power of nutrition in boosting fertility and providing the essential building blocks for a healthy pregnancy. We’ll look at nourishing your gut microbiome as the ‘starter’ for your baby’s health, the lowdown on supplements and a note on caffeine and alcohol consumption in preconception and pregnancy

Module 4: Habits
