MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Today we’ve got a full-body, over-before-you-know-it workout for you to smash out in a few spare minutes on Christmas Day, and then get back to all those good things like special traditions, yummy food and negotiating relatives you see only a handful of times per year ;)

Seriously though, I hope today you have some moments of joy, some moments of calm, and a few moments to move your body, just for you.
