DAY 2 - [ARM]azing grace
Get those arms ready - today is all about the upper body!
We will be using optional weights. If you’ve got some small dumbbells (1 or 2kg), have them ready.
Other options would be a second drink bottle, 2 cans of food, or anything else evenly weighted that you’ve got lying around the house.
Alternatively, just use your arms! They’ll be more than enough.
