DAY 10 - we wish you a shaky christmas
Today’s workout is barre inspired, and it’s guaranteed to get your legs shaking.
You will need an extra prop today, but I’m sure it’s one that you’ve got in the house.
EITHER: set yourself up at the kitchen bench or kitchen table (which you will use as the ‘barre’).
OR: grab a dining chair and pop it at the end of your mat.
Note: we will be starting with some exercises that require your weight to be pressed into the barre, which should be fine with a sturdy bench or table. If you are using a chair, you’ll need to do these exercises on your mat (I’ll talk you through it) and then use the chair-barre later in the class for some standing leg-work.
