DAY 1 - [fun]damentals
Today we're starting with some Pilates Fundamentals.
In this class, you'll be introduced to some familiar shapes and moves that we will come back to over the next two weeks.
We'll also spend some time at the start bringing awareness to our breath, our pelvic floor and our core.
Don't worry, you'll still get a great workout, those glutes will be buuuuurning and you might even wake with a few sore spots tomorrow ;)
